SHIPPING
We ship to 48 continental U.S. States.
At this time we are unable to ship to the states of Wisconsin or Illinois, AFO/APO or P.O. Boxes.
We offer a Free Shipping and a *Flat Rate Expedited Shipping option on all products shipped within the U.S. only.
Estimated delivery times for each shipping method are as follows:
- Free Shipping (FREE) 7-14 Business Days (U.S. Only)
- Flat Rate Expedited Shipping ($8.95) 2-4 Business Days (U.S. Only)
*Flat Rate Expedited Shipping is not available to Alaska,Hawaii.
We also ship to select international countries.

International customers are responsible for any import fees,duty fees, taxes or any other applicable fees imposed on shipments.
Most in stock orders will ship within 3 business days of receipt of cleared payment.
Occasionally an item may go out of stock, into backorder status or be discontinued by the manufacturer and no longer available. If this occurs you will be notified and offered the option of waiting until the item is back in stock or a complete refund for the item.
We make every attempt to combine shipping on all products wherever possible but occasionally orders may be divided and one or more of your items may require that they be shipped separately
Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL depending upon the shipping options you selected at checkout.
Depending upon your location, most orders that are shipped via the Free Shipping option, are received by our customers within 10 business days but please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your order to arrive before contacting us to inquire about your shipment.
International delivery times vary and orders may take 10 to 20 business days to be delivered depending upon your location.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends,holidays or any other non-mail delivery days.
Depending upon your location and shipping option chosen, please anticipate the maximum delivery times stated.
RETURNS
It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
If you decide that you simply do not wish to keep any item(s) that you have purchased from us, you may return them to us at your expense for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) or exchange within 30 days if they are still sealed /unopened and in the original packaging.
Opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged and must be returned in the same packaging with the original invoice/packing slip. If the product is defective it will be exchanged for the same title.
You must contact us for return instructions before returning any item in order to receive a refund or replacement.
Refunds/exchanges will be made once your return is received by us.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method that was originally used to purchase the product(s).
We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items. Unless an item is being returned due to an error on our part, all Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
