ORDERING INFORMATION
How to place an order
If you are new to shopping with DriveThru DVDs, you will need to create a user account in order to shop with us.
( There is no need to create an account with us if you are using Google Checkout.)
The process is simply a matter of adding your item(s) to your shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout. You will then be prompted to log into your existing account or create a new user account if this is your first time shopping with us.
Follow the prompts in order to complete the sign up process; you may then proceed to checkout, choose your shipping options and payment methods and your order is complete!
Print your receipt and look for your final order confirmation which will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.
After placing your first order with us you may log into your account at any time to review your purchases, place additional orders or change any shipping or billing information concerning your account.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards
We only accept major credit cards through secure Google Checkout. None of your financial information is provided to DriveThru DVDs using this secure payment method.
Orders placed using this payment method will be shipped only to the address you provide during the Google Checkout process.
Google Checkout is the the only form of payment accepted for all international orders.
Checks & Money Orders * ( *accepted from U.S. customers only)
You may pay for your order by mailing personal/business checks, money orders or cashier's checks.
All checks and money orders must be in U.S funds and drawn from U.S. institutions.
A 5 business day clearing period is required on all personal/business checks.
Orders will not be shipped until this clearing period has ended.
For your protection, please do not mail cash as a form of payment.
You will be provided with payment/mailing information upon checkout.
Mailed payments need to be received by us within 10 days of placing your order.
Orders that remain unpaid past the 10 day due date will automatically be canceled and you will need to reorder if you still wish to purchase the products.
